About Living Hope
A house builton living hope.
Who we are, what we believe, and the vision God has given this church in Hillside, Harare.
“We exist to give life to the lost, hope to the broken and empowerment for service.”
- Our mission
- To bring hope, freedom and empowerment to people through the Word of God — so that they can fulfil their God-given purpose.
- Where we meet
- Cnr Ferreira Rd & Southey Ave, Hillside, Harare

Bishops Marjorie & Collins Uta
Living Hope Tabernacle was founded by Bishops Marjorie and Collins Uta — a husband and wife who lead the church together as its founding bishops.
Their conviction is simple: the hope of Jesus is not a memory or a theory, it is living. It finds the lost, it restores the broken, and it sends ordinary people out to serve. Everything at Living Hope grows from that conviction.

Six convictions that shape us.
The Word of God
Scripture is our foundation. What we teach, how we live and where we are going all flow from the Bible.
The person of Jesus
Jesus Christ is the living hope at the centre of everything — Saviour, Lord and friend.
The power of the Holy Spirit
We expect God to move: to heal, to restore and to equip ordinary people for extraordinary service.
The life of prayer
Prayer is not an add-on. It is how this house was built, and how it keeps going.
The family of God
Every generation belongs here — children, young adults, families and elders, side by side.
A church for the city
Hope is meant to leave the building. We serve Hillside and Harare in practical, visible ways.
Expect to encounter God.
Our services are full of heartfelt worship led by our choir in gold, Bible teaching that speaks to real life, and time to pray for one another.
What to expect on Sunday
